Scheduling Appointments

Kiens Physiotherapy has a fix appointment system, to arrange an appointment that fits in with your schedule, please give us information about your working hours or daily routine.

The best way to make appointments is personal or by phone. The best time to arrange an appointment is in person at the front office is from 8.00am to 1.00pm. You can also call us during the business hours: 0981/88787. After the business hours we have for your convenience an answering machine; please, leave your name and phone number, we will call you back as soon as possible.

Alternatively send us your appointment request using the ‘contact-button’ or via mail to post(at)kiens.de. Please be patient as it is not always possible to reply to appointment requests the same day but we will try to respond to every request within 1 working day. Please, leave your phone number, so we can call you back.

IMPORTANT:
When you have to cancel your appointment - also short dated - please call us direct as soon as you know or leave a message at our answering machine. That gives us a chance to reschedule that appointment and to help another person.
